At Pretora, all products are carefully inspected before they are packed and shipped.

As our products are fabric-based accessories and made in limited quantities, we currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
 

Exceptions

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at pretoraeveryday@gmail.com with your order details and photographs of the product.

Our team will review the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.
 

Important Notes

• Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and photography.

• Minor variations in fabric placement or print are natural and are not considered defects.
